Erica was always on top of everything, so I never felt like I had to worry that anything was going to slip through the cracks. She was extremely competent, proactive and professional. She would be emailing documents out at midnight and again the next morning at 6 am. This is only the 3rd or 4th review I've ever put online for any business, as I don't spend the time doing that unless they're outstanding.
